Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This website is operated by ENUM SOLUTIONS LLP, Website: enumsolution.com. For anything about your data, email enumsolution@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- When you buy the Book: name, email address, phone number (if you enter it), billing city/state, the amount paid and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly on our payment provider's secure page — we never see or store them.
- When you contact us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
- Automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring website, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see section 6).
- Preferences: your chosen language and light/dark mode are saved in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The Book is bought and downloaded by parents, guardians and teachers. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
3. How we use it
- to process your payment and email you the download link;
- to answer your questions and handle refund requests;
- to send you important service messages (e.g. an updated edition of the Book);
- to send occasional news or offers about our books — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe with one click;
- to protect the Book against unauthorised sharing (purchase-identifying information may be embedded in your copy);
- to understand how the website is used and improve it (aggregated analytics);
- to meet legal obligations such as tax records.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, each bound by their own privacy and security commitments:
- Payment processing: Razorpay
- Email delivery: Gmail
- Website hosting: our website hosting provider
- Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, used to measure our ads and website traffic.
We may also disclose data if required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights (including enforcing the Book's licence).
5. Where your data is stored and for how long
Order records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax law (currently 8 years). Support emails are kept for 2 years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Some of our providers store data on servers outside India; where they do, they are contractually required to protect it to a standard equivalent to Indian law.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use: (a) essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to work; (b) analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to count visits; and (c) advertising cookies/pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) so we can see whether our ads led to a purchase and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work but we may not be able to measure our ads. You can opt out of personalised ads at facebook.com/ads/preferences and adssettings.google.com.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it (except records we must keep by law); stop marketing emails; or withdraw any consent you gave. Email enumsolution@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Security
Payments are handled over encrypted (HTTPS) connections by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to serve you. No online system is 100% secure, so please keep your download link private.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
10. Grievance officer
As required under Indian law: ENUM SOLUTIONS LLP, enumsolution@gmail.com. We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days.
