Licence, terms & refunds

For "Rhyme Time! Fun Word Family Rhymes for Little Word Wizards" (the "Book"). Last updated: 2 September 2026.

Plain-language summary: you bought the right to use the Book with your own children or students. You did not buy the right to sell it, share it, or copy from it. Reselling or redistributing the file is copyright infringement and we will pursue it.

1. Who owns the Book

The Book — including all rhymes, activities, page layouts, illustrations, the "Rhyme Time!" name and logo — is the original work of ENUM SOLUTIONS LLP ("we", "us") and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Berne Convention and the copyright laws of other countries. Buying the Book does not transfer ownership of any part of it to you.

2. What you are allowed to do (Personal & Classroom Licence)

When you purchase the Book you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

download and store the PDF on devices you own;
print as many copies as you need for children in your own household;
if you are a teacher or tutor, print copies for the students you personally teach;
use the pages on a tablet with a notes/annotation app for the same children or students.

3. What you are not allowed to do

Without our written permission you may not:

sell or resell the PDF, printed copies, or any page, rhyme, image or activity from it — including on marketplaces, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, Etsy, Amazon, your own website, or in person;
share, forward, upload or give away the file, even for free — e.g. on Google Drive links, file-sharing sites, school-wide servers, parent groups or social media;
copy, adapt, translate or repackage any part of the Book into another workbook, worksheet pack, app, video, online course or YouTube/Instagram content;
remove, hide or alter the copyright notice, footer or licence information;
use the Book to train, fine-tune or prompt an AI/ML system to generate similar material;
sub-license, rent, lend or transfer the licence to another person, school or business.

Schools, coaching centres or publishers wishing to license the Book for multiple teachers or for commercial use must contact us for a separate institutional licence.

4. Consequences of resale or redistribution

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or sale of a copyrighted work is a civil wrong and a criminal offence in India. Under sections 51, 55 and 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 the copyright owner may seek an injunction, damages, an account of profits and delivery-up of infringing copies, and the offender may face imprisonment of up to three years and a fine of up to ₹2,00,000. Comparable remedies exist under the DMCA (USA), the EU Copyright Directive and other national laws.

We actively monitor marketplaces and file-sharing platforms. Each copy of the Book carries purchase-identifying information, so a leaked file can be traced to the original buyer. If we find an infringing copy we will (a) issue takedown notices to the platform, (b) terminate the infringer's licence immediately without refund, and (c) pursue legal action and recovery of costs where appropriate.

5. Refunds

Because the Book is a digital file that cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. However, if the file is corrupt, if you were charged twice, or if the Book is clearly not what was described on our website, write to us within 7 days of purchase at enumsolution@gmail.com with your order ID and we will fix the problem or refund you. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Delivery

After successful payment you will see a download button and receive the same link by email. Download links do not expire, but please save the file to your own device as soon as you receive it. If you did not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.

7. Disclaimer

The Book is an educational aid, not a substitute for a school curriculum or professional assessment. Results vary by child. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Book. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Support

We are happy to help with: downloading and opening the file, printing questions, and general guidance on how to use the Book with your child. Support does not include custom worksheets, edits to the Book, or one-to-one tutoring. Write to us and we will do our best to help.
