We only collect information that you choose to give us directly, through our live preview tool and order form:

• The photo you upload to preview and order your leaf art
• Your name, mobile number, delivery address and any message you enter
• Your chosen leaf tone, frame style, size, price and any custom caption

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or browser storage (like localStorage) to monitor your activity on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your photo and order details are used solely to prepare, confirm and deliver your handcrafted leaf art order. Your uploaded photo is processed entirely within your own browser to generate the live preview — it is only sent onward to us if and when you choose to place an order via WhatsApp.

Your name, phone number and address are used only to confirm your order, arrange payment, and deliver your product to you.

3. Ordering via WhatsApp

Orders on this site are confirmed and processed through WhatsApp. When you click to send your order, your browser opens a WhatsApp chat with your order details pre-filled as a message to our business number.

Because this conversation happens on WhatsApp, it is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service for that chat. We do not control how WhatsApp itself stores or secures messages on its platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your photo with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Your details are used internally, only to fulfil your own order.

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

⚠️ Every piece is handcrafted, by hand, on a real natural leaf — nothing is printed or machine-made. Because each leaf is a natural, one-of-a-kind object, there may be some variation in delivery time and in exactly how closely the finished piece matches the digital preview shown on this site. This natural variation is part of what makes each piece unique.

6. Refund & Return Policy

🚫 As every piece is custom-made by hand specifically for your order, all sales are final. Orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once crafting has begun. Please carefully review your photo, leaf tone, frame style, size and caption in the live preview before confirming your order.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

7. Data Retention

We retain your order details only for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to keep basic business records. Your uploaded photo is not stored on any server by this website — it lives only in your browser for the preview, and is shared with us only via the WhatsApp message you choose to send.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for use by adults placing orders on their own or someone else's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
